Tony Inkersole brings over 25 years of hands-on experience across the Australian security and facilities services sector. Beginning his career in the 1990s, Tony established himself early as a dual-sector professional, with extensive operational roles in both commercial cleaning and security services. By 2004, he had transitioned into training and education within the security industry, commencing with Intercept Group where he advanced from Instructor to Operations Manager. In this leadership capacity, he was responsible for trainer oversight, RPL management, course development, and instructional delivery—while maintaining direct engagement in training activities. Since 2009, Tony has served as CEO of SecurityWorx Australia, a firm he founded and led to become the longest-standing privately owned security company on the NSW Central Coast. His portfolio includes the management of over 120 staff and the provision of a wide range of services, including covert loss prevention, event security, licensed venue protection, and high-profile public safety operations. His executive leadership, operational breadth, and entrepreneurial resilience position him as a veteran of the industry.
