Industry Professor Phil Baskerville brings significant strategic senior management experience to his role as CEO of INDPA. From working as Business Advisor and Head of School at Southbank Institute of Technology and having been recognised by the Chair Award for Outstanding Innovation, Phil brings the drive and the skills necessary to build INDPA’s foundation and vision. Drawing on his extensive academic studies with a Masters in IT at University of Queensland and Bachelor of Education and combining it with his peer acknowledged skills in project planning/management, coaching, business analysis/strategy, change management and strategic planning, Phil is well equipped for the demands of the CEO role.

Phoebe works in rural and remote parts of Queensland and New South Wales and has a desire to serve and help the local community. Her passion of work interests come with depths of experience in women’s health, dry needling, pilate’s, paediatrics and persistent pain therapy. Her belief in providing a holistic health care service aligns with the diverse needs of rural health. Phoebe is operating a successful small business and understands the importance of her placement within the rural sector that has diminshed medical services. She is compassionate and diligent in her capacity to deliver neccassary allied medical services in a business manner. Her professional services to our Association are well warrented.

organisation. His entrepreneurial spirit,
has impacted organisational leadership
particularly in education. His extensive
experience in complex cultural and
political contexts has helped organisations
in achieving their ambitions. Recognised as
a High Performing Director by Tribal
Benchmarking, he holds honorary
appointments at leading institutions
and has received awards of the
Queensland State Government
Award for Innovation and the MBA
Directors Medal. His expertise spans
strategy, governance, and education
management.
