Robert de Loryn brings over 30 years of high-level experience in leadership, human resources, organisational development, and executive coaching across Australia and the Asia–Pacific. Early in his career, he held senior human resources roles with major multinationals including Unilever Australasia (2002–2004) and Sara Lee (Australia/New Zealand) (2001–2004). He later served as Change Manager at Australian Unity (2004–2006) and contributed to transformation initiatives at Australian Red Cross Blood Service. In 2005, Robert founded RdL Management Consultants, where he has served as Managing Director for nearly two decades, overseeing projects across sectors including healthcare, consumer goods, finance, public sector, aviation, automotive, and mining. His firm has delivered leadership development programs in Papua New Guinea and Fiji for 18 years, underscoring his international industry footprint. Robert has also accumulated over 20 years as an executive and life coach, mentoring professionals and executives and guiding complex organisational change.
